    An improperly poured pool deck, that the contractor admitted was faulty, yet, 8 months later has yet to do anything about it...after over 40 phone calls and Emails requesting a solution. Offers of solutions were even presented, and not…

    Pros: None I can see at this point. Cons: Current owner not really involved.
